The Brigada Eskwela 2022 in DepEd Dapitan City has formally opened on Thursday, August 18, 2022 where a fluvial parade and motorcade highlight the event. This is to make everyone and everything ready for the opening of classes this coming August 22, 2022.

The Brigada Eskwela 2022 Kick-Off is spearheaded by Mr. Felix Romy A. Triambulo, CESO V, Schools Division Superintendent (SDS), Dr. Rosalio Conturno, Assistant School Division Superintendent (ASDS), Dr. Ella Grace M. Tagupa, Curriculum Instruction Division (CID) Chief, and Mr. Sherlito E. Sagapsapan, School Governance for Operation and Development (SGOD) Chief.

A program for the said event is held at Taguilon Elementary School. Dr. Tagupa is elated as she gives her Welcome Remarks to all the teaching and non- teaching staff of the Department and also to all the visitors who come to witness the said event.

Furthermore, Mr. Sherlito E. Sagapsan, SGOD-Chief shared the good news of how successful the Brigade Eskwela of the previous year was. He even added that in this year, to gain more success, everyone should be motivated to do their part in this campaign.

Mr. Triambulo, in his message, encourages the teachers, parents, stakeholders, and learners to be united as one in supporting the Brigada Eskwela 2022 to achieve the Department’s vision, mission, and goal. 

Congressman Romeo “Kuya Jon” Jalosjos also graces the event. Together with him is the Probinsyano Partylist who gives school supplies for the learners of Taguilon ES. He also promised to expand their program and services to other schools as well. 

The parents, stakeholders, and learners show their gratitude by giving their words to support the Department in whatever possible way they can offer or share so that everything will be ready for the opening of classes for the School Year 2022- 2023.
